Tomorrow we have our Tortilla lab in Cuisine and in Health you will get to use a computer to write your essay. I strongly suggest you work on your Extended Learning Project this weekend.

Extended Learning Project Form
This project is an extension of what we have been studying in the classroom to the
Real World. You will design a project, based on a subject we have or will be covering in
this class, to extend your learning experience. Your project will include five documented
hours of work outside of the classroom or employment. This project must be something
you have not previously done! This project is worth 200 points!

6th period we finished lab #9
so if you missed part or all of the lab you need to make it up for points
